2. Purchase Event Tickets

Ticket Purchase Process

  1. Select Ticket Type
  2. Acknowledge the event terms and conditions. 
  3. Fill in attendee information and complete payment. 
  4. After payment, you will be taken to the confirmation screen.
    You must scroll down and complete your annual waiver before your ticket is finalized. 
  5. If purchasing multiple tickets: 
  • Ensure the correct email address is entered for each attendee 
  • Send waiver links to the other attendees for completion 

Tickets and venue information will not be issued until annual waivers have been signed. 

Where possible, we strongly recommend that each attendee purchases their own ticket. This helps ensure our systems correctly connect membership, waivers, consent training, and event eligibility.

Limited cash tickets may be available at the door, however entry is not guaranteed without a pre-purchased ticket due to venue capacity limits.

3. Complete the Required Rite of Entry

To participate in play, attendees must complete the free Descent Dungeons Consent Training & Orientation.

Training can be completed:

In-person training dates are posted on FetLife.

Important: Please use the same email address for:

  • Membership registration 
  • Ticket purchase 
  • Consent training 

This is how our systems verify completion and connect your records.

4. Attend the Dungeon

At check-in:

  • Give your FetLife and/or Legal name 
  • Bring government-issued ID 
  • Bring proof of ticket purchase 
  • Bring proof of training (if completed) 

5. Attend the Welcome Talk

All first-time attendees must attend the opening Welcome Talk.

Attendees who have not completed consent training must attend the Welcome Talk at every event they attend.

6. Explore, Connect & Play

Once checked in and approved for play eligibility, you are free to move through the space at your own pace.

Returning Members

At check-in:

  • Give your FetLife name 
  • Bring government-issued ID, show if requested 

3. Explore, Connect & Play

Eligible attendees are free to participate within the space in alignment with dungeon guidelines and event rules.

Attending Without Consent Training

New attendees may attend a limited number of events before Consent Training becomes mandatory.

However:

  • attendees without training may not participate in play 
  • they must attend the Welcome Talk each time 
  • all other event rules and expectations still apply 

Consent Training is required before active participation in dungeon play becomes available.
